I have just bought another asus monitor to go along with my VG248QE, the VS248H-P. The new monitor leans at a severe angle downwards to the point where it's hard to see the screen. The stand is sloping up which seems to be why it's like this but no one else i can find is having the same issue. Even when the stands are on level in my two monitors the new ones screen is a good 2 or 3 inches in front and curving steeply down.

hmm, i fixed the stand thing for the most part but now the monitor wont connect. I have tried using DVI, HDMI, and VGA and everytime the monitor just says "VGA NO SIGNAL" and shuts off. I'm using a 280x.

But Windows recognizes it? Right click on a free space on the desktop, screen resolution. Do you see both monitors?

No it says "could not detect another display" whenever i hit detect

I have my main monitor the VG248QE connected on a dual link DVI into my GPU, and the new monitor connected to a VGA slot. I have tried using HDMI, DVI and VGA and they all give the same message "VGA NO SIGNAL"

Try hdmi again and set the monitor to the hdmi input in it's on-screen menu.
