Question Vsr resolution option problem

so i understand that with vsr enabled on amd settings i can use 1600x900 and 1920x1080 resolution on my 1366x768 monitor. the problem is i can't enable these 2 resolutions (getting out of range error) while in the display options and instead got a new option of 2560x1440 resolution that i can switch to. can i ask help on this matter.

According to AMD, the only VSR resolutions supported for a 768p monitor are 900p and 1080p:

There aren't any more settings for VSR, you just activate it and change the resolution in game's settings. Maybe VSR isn't fully supporting that game's engine or you may be running into a drivers issue. You can make a clean uninstall with DDU and then reinstall them.

already did it 3 times and still got these problem. the 900p and 1080p gives me out of range when i switch it to in game and from display settings while somehow i got an option to choose 1440p res and it work in both game and from display settings. this is a very fatal as all my games at 1440p is just unstable fps wise.
