VSYNC fps drops problem

Hi,

Without Vsync I get between 62-88fps, 62 is the mínimum ammount of fps I get at the worst scenario.
When I turn on vsync my fps sometimes drop down to 55-58.. What is going on? I have tried adaptive vsync too but the same problema happens. Why?

i5 4690k
gtx 960
8gb ram

VSYNC and Adaptive SYNC are designed to match your FPS to your refresh rate to eliminate tearing. It's doing exaclty what it should.

Im talking about fps loss man. I know that vsync limit fps to 60. But without vsync I get 62fps as MINIMUM, when turning on vsync it stays at 60fps but sometimes it drops to 55-58 thing which should happen because without it the less fps I get is 62 so vsync should keep that solit 60fps the whole time but it drops to 55-58fps sometimes, Do u understand it better now? I cant explain it better

I understand it can drop to 59.99 and further but if my card pushed to its limits can get me 62fps at the worst scenario I dont understand why limited to 60fps is not able to keep it there without dropping more tan 59.99fps..
