[SOLVED] Vsync in league of legends

I am having a problem with league of legends where whenever I ALT-TAB out of the game, the client begins to have a frame drop and the game stutters to the point where its almost unplayable. But whenever I turn on/off vsync in in-game setting, the frame boosts up to normal (which is around 200fps). I can still play the game; as in turning on/off vsync everytime I ALT-TAB, but it has bothered me since and I want to fix this problem so that it doesn't occur at all. Any help would be appreciated.
