VTX3D R9 290 X-Edition V2 4GB any good?

Solution
The reference stock model of this card has a 947MHz core clock speed. This card has 975MHz core clock wich is just a bit faster. The Memory Speed 1250MHz (5.0Gbps) is the same for both cards. The fans are looking like the powercolor fan desing wich keeps the card to 65-70c in game. I'd say this is a great card for temperatures and clocks, it wont overheat. The only thing you would consider is the warranty, you still probably don't know if it's a decent compagny. This is why I would avoid this company and go either with XFX, Sapphire or MSI. You'd be sure to have no problems. Thanks

Powercolor cooler I was talking about:

Edit: after few research, this is just a rebranded...

As far as I can remember, VTX3D is the european wing of Powercolor, owned by TUL Tiawan (Technology Unlimited group). I owned a VTX3D 6870x2 and it was a great card. With a good cooler. They usually sell a little cheaper than other brands like MSI, Sapphire and the like, but they are still good quality. Their cooler design (powercolors) is quite effective and they always leave some room for overclocking.

What about XFX R9 290 reference card, it is probably very loud?
