[SOLVED] Vulkan-1.dll

I am using a laptop with Intel HD Graphics v5070 (20.19.15.5070) and i really wanted to play Detroit Become Human but it says im missing Vulkan-1.dll....im confused as to what to do

What laptop model is it? Anything pre-Skylake (HD 5xx) won't have support.
