For the life of me I can't seem to get anything working through Vulkan.

Doom 2016 instantly crashes on startup and the log says this:

I've reinstalled my GPU drivers twice. I uninstalled them with DDU, nothing. Installed an older driver, nothing. Installed the latest driver, nothing.
Rebooted, reinstalled my games, installed both the Vulkan runtime and Vulkan API, nothing is working. I really don't know what to do at this point. Vulkan's just flat out broken on my computer and I don't know why.
