than to successfully turn on the computer I restore the system and everything works fine, the thing is I can't turn off my PC anymore, when I stop using I just put it on sleep mode and I want that error to stop coming, solutions?

Solution
Boot errors are almost always a result of a faulty Master Boot Record (MBR).

There's two solutions for a faulty MBR.

1) Reset the MBR
Guide: http://pureinfotech.com/repair-master-boot-record-mbr-windows-10/

Resetting or repairing (nomenclature changes, but it's the same thing) the MBR will reset the MBR and the drivers. This will usually repair the damaged components.

2) Clean Install
Guide: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-do-clean-installation-windows-10

In the event that a MBR reset doesn't work, you'll have to do a clean install of the OS. This will outright replace all of your Windows 10 components (incl. data) but also your MBR will be flatout replaced. This can be inconvenient as you'll lose data, but you can try backing...
The STRTRAIL is a log file (like it says in the screen shot) that 'logs' or 'writes down' some technical info on what happened.
Most likely based on what your saying I believe your HDD (hard drive) may be corrupt or FAILING. As a 'restore' of the system causes the files to be replaced with 'old' copies then as it tries to 'shut down' and use the 'updated' ones something hoses up when you restart. Potentially could even be Malware or Virus too.

You should take your computer to a Mom and Pop repair shop and have them give it the once over. DO NOT go to BEST BUY or such as their 'fix' is to WIPE the drive back to FACTORY (i.e. you first took it out of the box and turned it on) and you lose all your data.

Once you've booted back into Windows successfully, be sure to back up your machine immediately. If you don't backup your computer presently, a free tool like Rollback Rx or Macrium Reflect will work.

Solution
I ran out of patience and restart Windows, that's the second time I have to do so.
Both time I restarted Windows I didn't feel the need to backup my files, personal files like photos and musics they weren't affected, installed programs were uninstalled and it's files were placed in a folder called 'windows.old'. Doing that I'm afraid that this error will comeback again, can that happen again? The solutions you guys brought me can prevent this error from coming again?

The Old Windows Files are saved in that Windows.old folder , that means you can't get the error of your old files , this folder can be removed from disk cleanup . but about error , yes it can be come if the condition matched with your old windows (like installing fail driver , or whatever reason your old windows got corrupted ) So be safe ...

I understand... after reseting my windows the only things from windows.old that I put in my were the games, so I think there's no problem with that, but my video drivers weren't deleted or unnistalled, but Windows did all it's updates again.
Could this error come by the video drivers? actually I don't think so, but just to be sure.

As I just said, I reseted windows, and I set to kept my personal files, some apps were unnistalled, but not the video drivers. Reseting the PC could fix the problem? Even if yes, doing what you said me can prevent this error from coming again?

"I didn't feel the need to backup my files, personal files like photos and musics they weren't affected"

That's very puzzling logic.

You should always back up your files because you don't know what's going to happen next week, next month or even tomorrow. A hard drive could fail (they all do eventually), Windows may get badly screwed up, etc.

Always back up - - there is no scenario where backups aren't necessary.

Resetting windows is not the same as a Clean Install. Resetting Windows isn't going to do anything, a clean install however will have a higher likelihood to work.

This is so true, most issues would be solved if people had a reliable backup strategy.
