w10 enterprise System says laptop processor is x64 system info says x86

I have a copy of W10 Enterprise 32 bit and 64 bit. I'd like to run 64 bit on my laptop but it refuses to install.

System tab says system type (not OS) is x64. System information says x86.

32 bit will install fine.

Why is there a discrepancy? So annoying.

Processor is i5 4200u laptop is Toshiba E55T-A5320.

1. Your system is 64bit capable
2. What exact error message do you get when booting and trying to install the 64bit OS?
3. Where did this OS come from?

Figured it out...your key word "boot" led me to it. I was installing from Windows. Once I installed from bootable media all system panels indicating x64 were synchronous.
