W10 Fastboot dont work

Hello,

I have a Asus m32 pc with preinstalled Windows 8.1.

Specs:

Motherboard: Asus H81M-E/M51AD

I have upgraded to Windows 10.
When i turn on ''Fastboot'' and restart to check how fast it boots, pc shutdown immediately after power on.

2nd power on pc boots normal, i checked events in W10 and i see ''kernel-power id 41.

Is this a bug in Windows 10 or a setting in my bios??

Can anyone help me?
