W10 IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Bluescreen

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by running Windows Update and install all the updates available.
- Once done, and if the same problem will persist proceed with doing a clean install of the graphics driver of the PC.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Next is to check Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver.
- Reboot your PC once the driver has been installed.
- If the same problem will persist after doing the clean install, do a make sure that all the other drivers are up to date specially the Network adapters.
- If all these will not work I would suggest reinstalling Windows 10.

Laptop_Nerd,

Thanks very much for the reply. My computer is presently down. My power supply failed. I believe that this is what caused the problem. I have a new power supply on its way. Once I install the power supply, if I am still having issues, I will follow your troubleshooting steps and see if that fixes things.

Thanks again!
