Question W11 and pop3 email

I upgraded to W11 and now my email client won't fetch pop3 email. anyone else having this issue? How to fix?

Thanks for your reply. I've been using WLM for years in W10 with no issues. And even now, there are no issues with IMAP accounts in W11 and WLM; so I think it is a W11 problem area. And I can't find a place/site to notify Microsoft of the problem.

Go to your ATT email settings in Yahoo, and get a password for "legacy app".

I was already using a secure mail key on ATT/Yahoo mail via my email client. Worked on Friday with W10, didn't work on Saturday with W11. Even tried generating a new secure mail key, no luck with W11.

What email client you're using? If you deliberately use wrong credentials, do you get different error?
