So, in W11 I have this problem where while gaming the audio will start crackling. To fix it, I go to the sound settings within W11 for the audio device I'm using which are headphones and change the sound format from 8 channel 16bit 48000Hz (I think its that) to 2 channel 16bit 44100 Hz. This fixes the issue. But just randomly crappy W11 decides it thinks it want to revert back to 8 channel again, and that makes the crackle start again. I can literally change the audio 3-4 times a day because W11 thinks it knows better.

This is damn annoying. Is there anything I can do to stop W11 from always changing my settings?

Well, that would be Corsair, thats the brand headphones I use. iCue is the software that controls everything for the headphones and there's to such option or atleast nothing that fixes the problem.
