W11 Pro Upgrade missing an item I need.

I upgraded from W10 Pro to Win 11 Pro. Now when I right-click inside a folder, I no longer see the option to create a NEW text document. Even going to "more options" doesn't offer that. Is there a setting that I can change or add to in order to get text document back in under the right-click/NEW option?

Please ignore the above question. After a reboot, the problem magically disappeared! Sorry to be such a a pain.
