I’ve heard we no longer get 30 days to roll back like we did with W7 to W10 upgrade. How long is it actually?
Also, can I make a disk image before the expiration date and use that to restore from if I go past the time limit to roll back?

Solution
It would be the Windows backup and restore (W7).
No, I meant after I upgraded and let the grace period go past that 10 days. Could I make a disk image of my W11 install before the 10 days is up, and then use that image to do a restore? That way the windows.old file would still be present for a roll back... no?
  1. Don't use the braindead Windows backup tool. Use something like Macrium Reflect.
  2. So....Upgrade to Win 11, then make an image, restore that Image, and maybe then roll back to Win10? I would not count on that working. At all.

Make an Image of Win 10 before you do this upgrade to Win 11.

I believe it is 10 days.

And yes...a full drive Image (what software?) should be able to bring back the old Win 10.
You make that Image BEFORE you do the upgrade.

Are you anticipating any issues with Win 11?

OK, thanks.
Can I ask a totally unrelated quick question? Where would you say the Ryzen 5 4600G would fall in Tom's CPU Hierarchy Chart if it were listed? (Gaming w/discrete card)
