W12Z1T/T recovery disc

Hello,
My sony vaio netbook was too slow and i deleted the windows system with the recovery system. When I called the service They told me to buy it for 37 euros. But I Don't want to pay this money again. What can you reccomend me? IS this recovery disc can be downloaded from the internet ? Is it possible? CAn anybody tell me what I have to do?

There are no free lunches.

If Sony said buy a new OS (or recovery disc), then learn from your error and cough up the money.
If you had come to us with the OS installed, we might have been able to help resolved the operating speed issues.

I suspect after you get your computer running again, you'll eventually run into the same computer slowing condition. Then, if you let us know, we might be able to help you.
