W2000 is there a selective startup option ?

Just upgraded to W2000 from W98 ..in W98 you could customize which items are
run at startup...is there a similar screen in W2000 to trouble shoot drives
that are causing conflicts at start up ?

When you search for msconfig, the msconfig for Windows XP
works fine on 2000.
