I've been trying to install w2k. Unfortunately the install always crashes during the hardware detection.
I have a Athlon T-bird 900 (Nothing overclocked) on an ASUS A7V mobo (VIA Apollo KT133 chipset), a GeForce 1 SDR videocard And a SbLive (value). I've heard that it might be an AGP related problem, that I should set my AGP speed to 1x. Unfortunately I don't seem to have that option in my BIOS. I've already tried with an TNT vanta 64 videocard, with the same result.
My win98se works great, w2k is the only problem I have.

Thanks for any ideas.

I just tried with a PCI videocard. That didn't work either.
I made some cganges in my BIOS, and no it installed without any problem. Shame I don't know what I changed.

I had to restart my setup a few times due to crashes but it finally broke through. Keep trying..
