Actually I found this about your listed W3i iq5 fraud problem.

Make sure you only run 1 antivirus program at a time. I have used Avira free version for years and never had any problems.

Use Malwarebytes for removal of spyware. I am pretty sure Malwarebytes is NOT supposed to be run in safe mode as was suggested above though. Just run it in Windows normally.
