W7-64 ODD BEHAVIOR. does startup repair on every boot.

This Toshiba laptop has developed some very odd behaviors. The title tells some of it. I also discovered a partition ... unallocated space that I do not remember seeing in the past. Have performed several malware scans, .. Malwarebytes, HouseCall, .. no problems found. Easeus backup has a 'check partitions' feature and it ran ok. OS is competely updated ... as far as I know. Been trying to isolate the cause now for days .... and now need help. thank you in advance.

I don't think this drive is S,M.A.R.T. The machine model is A660-BT3N25X

CHKDSKed ..... yes.
