Hi Everyone, just a quick question; is it possible to upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10 keeping all the programs and settings, using a Windows 7 OEM licence key that came with a desktop?

It should be possible, just make an installation media, and boot from the usb. From there, you can select ot upgrade and keep the files. You can then use your Windows 7 Key to activate Windows 10.

Yes, probably.
Even though the official free upgrade period ran out long, long ago, it still works.

Create a Win 10 USB (a blank 8GB flash drive), boot from that, and it should give you the option to Upgrade.

Of course...have a good backup, just in case things go wrong.
And yes, going wrong is always a possibility.
