W8.1 infinite restart loop.

Hey guys, was hoping you could help me!! I Tried playing Fallout 3 yesterday and my pc crashed. There was no Way to fix it so I turned it off using the power button. Now my pc's stuck in an infinite loop. It keeps starting up, going straight to the windows 8.1 error screen for five seconds and then reboots. On repeat. Anyone here who has an idea of what to do?

Which error message are your receiving?

It doesn't even show me the error message code, it just instantly goes back to the boot-up screen and then back to the error message.

Reseat your ram and check if it starts up correctly

If not, It could be your hard drive got corrupted and needs to reinstall windows using the repair disc or use system repair options

Unplug, remove all power from your pc first. Open up your pc . It is called "reseating" ram
