Question Wacom tablet won't connect to PC as a second screen anymore ?

My Wacom mobile studio used to allow me to connect it as a second screen to my PC to be used as a tablet but now nothing happens when plugged in. The port still works with flash drives & it still charges. I reformatted & reset the bios & reinstalled all the drivers & software on both devices & I attempted to plug it into a second PC with no luck.

Anyone? I'd rather fix this here than send to Wacom for $255 if possible.
