I'd defiantetly go for that HIS. The quiet high performance cooler is worth the extra money, and it comes with FLATOUT, which I bought for $40 and think is a very fun racing game.

Anyway, cheapest easy to find X800XL is at <A HREF="http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=M&Product_Code=190527&AFFIL=pricewatch&NR=1" target="_new">Monarch for $249</A>, but personally I'd say the HIS from newegg is a better deal.

yes, i will OC. is something wrong with my choices if i will OC?

about HD i did not find retail @newegg will need to look else where or choose another one.

I think all raptors are 5 year. But the regular special editions 8MB cache, oem has 3 year, retail is only 1 year. Odd, but I guess too many retail box mail in rebates to offer 3 year on retail anymore so oem is the way to go on special editions.
