Wait for Broadwell or Maxwell in Alienware 14?

Hi, I'm buying an Alienware 14(don't tell me I'm wasting my money), should I wait for the broadwell cpu's or, at least, the 800m series for it or should i settle for the 4x10MQ CPU and the GTX 750,765M?
