Wait for Kaby Lake?

So I'm building a gaming PC within this month and will to the intel core i5 6600k. However, Kaby Lake is being released this year so is Kaby Lake going to be a performane increase over skylake and should I wait for Kaby Lake or just get Skylake, if its not a significant performance increase then i'll just get skylake right now instead of wait for Kaby Lake.
