wait for skylake no k or buy a Haswell non k i5 ?

is it worth waiting for the lower tdp non k i5 chips or i should go for a i5 4590 which i am gonna pair witha Asus B85M gamer
i am not preferring to wait cuz intel's DE NOVO i7 6700k chips were not hell of an improvement though
so what i should do ? i am leaning towards haswell but skylake propaganda holding me back to some extent ? really confusing

Skylake is only about max 5% faster than Hasswell. In games, there is no way you can notice this.
The only reason, why you might wanna go Skylake, is only if you need certain things on Z170 mobos.
