Wait & get 1 5870 x2 or get 1 5870 now and possibly ad another later for crossfire? Is crossfire better than 1 5870 x2?

My system:
I7 975
ASUS Rampage Extreme II
6 gb Corsair 1600 Tri Channel

seems like money isnt an issue, so i would say get it and cf later. or you can wait for the 5850 benches in a couple weeks.

In the LONG LONG run, getting a 5870x2 and then getting another and crossfiring them would be the best. But, if not, the single 5870, because it might be enough anyway, and if it's not, get another.

Go buy one now and if maybe add another later, but I think you'll realize soon enough one is just fine, at least for the next two years.

5870x2 will have as much power as CF 5870 and then some....
