I have an aging "GTX 690" right now and looking to upgrade some stuff in my current setup. My question is should I upgrade now and maybe do a payment plan on a 2080 ti or wait a couple more months for people to sell off theirs and get a better deal then. I am running at 1080p now and might upgrade to a 1440p new setup, also if I don't upgrade to a 1440p setup and stay at 1080p what would be a good card to upgrade to? RTX 2070 Super?

Current setup:
i7-5820k @4.4Ghz
16GB DDR4 3200
Corsair AX850
EVGA GTX 690

There wont be a mass sell off of 2080ti's in a couple months, and even then when they do go on sale they will still command a pretty high price. Even used 1080tis are still around 400 USD and that's a 3 year old card.

Also a 2080ti for 1080p is absolute overkill, you should upgrade to 1440P minimum when you do upgrade. Even a 2070 Super is overkill for 1080P.
