My Specs:
CPU:AMD FX 6350 3.9Ghz (Not overclocked)
GPU:GTX 970 FTW ACX 2.0
Mobo:M5A97
RAM:8GB DDR3

Hi there!

Nowadays I've been thinking to upgrade my CPU/Mobo,because I'm getting an annoying bottleneck on some CPU-intensive games, for example GTA 5,ARMA 3,Battlefield 4,i started saving up to upgrade my CPU/Mobo,until i heard that Nvidia is going to launch some new GPU's on Summer if i am right. The main question is:Should i spend the money i saved to buy a new CPU/Mobo right now?OR wait until summer for a new GPU to come out.BTW i don't like overclocking my hardware.

Solution
Good choices on the CPU/MB, I'd normally suggest a 'H' or 'B' series motherboard for non overclockers but prices (at least here in the UK) mean that a decent 'Z' motherboard is only a few pounds more and offers better features than either 'B' or 'H' series 'boards, making it a far better choice.

Try PcPartpicker, they do cover several EU locations, failing that the omnipotent Amazon may also help with prices.
As always, shop around and if you're not in a hurry, keep an eye on several sites, they ALL have daily/weekly specials and you can save quite a bit by being a little patient-don't expect big savings on the CPU but it's not uncommon here in the UK to see good deals on motherboards and memory.

If your current CPU is bottlenecking your 970, you can bet it will bottleneck a faster GPU. Since you already have a solid GPU, I'd recommend upgrading the CPU and motherboard now. How much money do you have to work with now? How much do you think you can save up by summer?

My current budget is 250€ + 200€ ( from sold CPU/Mobo)

I'm thinking of getting a nice-looking Mobo like Z170-A from ASUS or MSI which is around 150€
For the CPU i might get an I5 6500 or 6400 which are around 190€ (6400) 215€(6500)
And DDR4

I can sell my current CPU/Mobo for 200€ to a friend of mine, who wants to build his own gaming pc,i considered it okay as he would pair that FX with a r7 370.

I'm not sure which country you're in, but you might want to check out pcpartpicker.com. If you're in one of their supported countries, it's a good way to find the best deals on computer parts. I'm not the best person to ask for advice since I'm in the USA.
