Last night i turn on my pc and then go afk for some work when i back i see display is not showing so i restarted and figure out amd GPU was uninstalled itself i never seen this before what should I do?

If it's uninstalled, you reinstall it. Though this time, I'd ask you to run DDU, remove all GPU drivers from your platform, then manually reinstall with the latest GPU driver from AMD's support site in an elevated command(assuming you're on Windows 10), i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

GREEN ? Is that a PSU brand name, if yes, then run away asap, as it might a generic/poor quality PSU model !

If not, provide the exact and correct model number and the brand of your PSU. Check the side label/sticker attached to the PSU.
