Waiting for a miracle jailbreak, should I stay on iOS 9.2 or upgrade to 9.2.1?

Hey, first of all, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this thread. Anyway I wanted to jailbreak my iPod, because that's the kind of person I am, I don't like Apple's limits, I want iFile and a screen recorder. So anyway, I was too late. I was on iOS 9.2, and the latest jailbreak was, and still is 9.0.2. Then, iOS 9.2.1 came out. I read on WFFC Tech that if I have iOS 9.2 I should upgrade to 9.2.1, as it'd give me better chances since 9.2.1 is being worked on for jailbreaks. Is this bullshit, or should I upgrade to possibly get a chance to finally have the one and only Cydia?

Please help quickly before 9.3 comes out, that's when I'm totally screwed.

I would wait until a jailbreak is released with either 9.2 0r 9.2.1. Its a good chance its going to be 9.2.1 but I can't be certain and there isn't any way to downgrade.

Yeah, I wouldn't since upgrading may limit your options.

OK I'll stay on 9.2. Since 9.3 is supposed to bring new stuff with it, will it contain bugs that groups like Pangu and TaiG can jailbreak through?

It shouldn't be any worse than it normally is. Pangu and TaiG make some great jailbreaks.
