Wake from sleep problem

My ASRock H61 U3/S3 won't wake from sleep properly. I have disabled c states in the bios. Still no change. When I put it to sleep it appears to completely shut down. I can't wake it from the keyboard or mouse. I press the power button and it powers up except for the hard drives and display. If I hold the power button in it appears to completely shut down. Then if I press the power button it comes on and goes through post then to resuming windows. Is this a motherboard or power supply issue?

I also sometimes get a bsod when going to sleep.

All drivers are current versions.

Windows 7, i5-2400, 2x4gb Team G Elite Memory, Timings 9-9-24, Xigmatek Gaia cooler, XFX Radeon HD 6850, Cooler Master Silent Pro 600w.

I am thinking the same.
I will start researching a replacement. What about these brands: Asus, Gigabyte, and ECS?

Asus or Gigabyte. Don't bye anything else. These are the best. Very strong and durable. Never had a problem with any of them.
