Question Wake issues

My system has developed an issue where it does not completely turn off when I attempt to sleep it, it powers down but then powers on instantly afterward and does nothing but keep the screens low power.

It will resume my windows session but I have to manually power it on, click the reset button once, and then wait for post.

Does it do it it if you shut down the computer using shutdown then turning on the computer?
