Wake on Lan from outside network

I have my PC configured for Wake on Lan. I also (think) I have my router configured with the correct ports. When my phone is connected to the local network, I am able to wake up my PC from an app on my phone perfectly fine. But the problem is, I want to be able to wake up my PC from an outside network. Did I maybe not configure the port forwarding correctly or is this not even possible in the first place? Thank you for any feedback!

Solution
Tonight I am just too tired to explain once again why there is no such thing as wake on WAN.

Bottom line is the ARP table entry will time out and almost no consumer router lets you put in a static ARP entry.

The new sleep states machine have use so little power it is almost not worth the effort to make this work.
