Hello as title says, if I press windows button (on keyboard) and then "Shutdown" WoL won't work.

My computer:
  • Windows 10, updated.
  • Motherboard: Asus TUF Z370-PRO GAMING
  • Bios updated.
  • Network Adapter (onboard): Intel I219-V
  • Network Adapter's drivers updated from Intel's page.
Network Adapter's configuration:
  • On Power Management enabled all 3 options. (Tried disabling them as well).
  • On Advanced:
    • Wake on Magic Packet: Enabled
    • Wake on Pattern Match: Enabled
    • PME: Enabled
    • All Power saving features: Disabled
  • On Advanced/WINS:
    • NetBIOS over TCP/IP: Disabled
  • On Intel PROSet Adapter Configuration Utility:
    • Wake on Magic Packet from power off state: Enabled
Window's Settings:
  • Fast Boot: Disabled
Bios's Settings:
  • Power On By PCIE/PCI: Enabled
  • Deep S4: Doesn't exist
  • Wake On Lan (inside network adapter): Grayed out
  • ERP: Disabled
  • Fast Boot: Disabled
I don't know what to do. It works only when not shutdown. I can see my adapter is on and it receives the signal (it blinks when I send the packet).

Thanks in advance.
