Wake over WAN Problems

Hi guys,

I am having some issues with a PC I have trying to set it up as a WoWan compatible wake-up

I have followed the instructions provided here, except I have yet to attempt to setup a DHCP allocation for the PC in question, nor have I a dyndns account. I will attempt to do tonight.

The main problem I am having at the moment is that my computer can be woken having been powered-down in sleep mode, but not in any other - Hibernation or Shut Down.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

did you enable WOL in the BIOS?

I did - My board's equivalent at least - Wake from PCI-E & Wake from PCI cards.

Since the first post, I have managed to succesfully setup a DHCP allocation, but that has not solved this. I am still attempting to setup a DYNDNS, will feedback once I get it sorted.
