Wake-Up-LAN router question

I am thinking of setting up Wake-Up-LAN on my current desktop. The only problem is that I am using a wireless router, and it would be impossible for me to connect it with a cable. Would it be possible for me to use a wireless router? If not, would it be possible for me to use another router, connect it wirelessly to the original router, and connect that one with my desktop?

No it is not possible to do this over wireless. because the wireless card would be disconnected when the computer isn't on.
But I believe your other idea would work, I would forget the other router and use a wireless adapter, and plunged that in to the Ethernet card.
