Wakes from Hibernate

I have the ASRock Z87 Extreme6 mobo and have been very happy with it.
But, when I put my computer to sleep or hibernate, i've noticed it will wake itself without my input.
No error messages or the like come up.
I have 'Intel Smart Connect Technology and 'Dehumidifier Mode' disabled and it sill occurs.
I have the latest BIOS version 2.30

I've noticed that if I hibernate the computer, the cycle the power switch on the PSU, it will not turn it back on until I ask it to.

Any ideas on why this occurs?

Solution
Replace that power supply it's very poor and it's not Haswell compatible , that's why you are having hibernation issues.

Get a SEASONIC , XFX , Antec , EVGA G2 , Corsair AX , HX.

So, in your mind what makes my PSU 'very poor'.
I've checked it with an ammeter the 4 rails hold steady under a full load of Prime95 and Furmark (the main 12v rail dropped to 11.75v which isn't terrible... i think).
I've never noticed and vdroop when overclocking.
Lastly, what makes something 'Haswell Compatible' besides a sticker?
