Wallpaper looks fuzzy.

My monitor native resolution is 1920x1080, the resolution of image is 1920x1080 but it still looks fuzzy. I have installed latest nvidia drivers, but it doesn't help. Any suggestions? I use Windows 8.1

the image is 192x1080 but is the image not like 480p resized to 1080? try using another 1080p wallpaper see if that one does showup good?

No picture was 1080p, I solved the problem with converting a picture from .jpg to .png.
