Wallpapers are not all showing up

I have 2000 wallpapers that I downloaded off of either pinterest or deviantart. I directed windows 10 to the folder where I store all of these wallpapers; windows 10 does show the wallpapers like it should, so there's no problem there. The problem is that it only ever cycles through about 60 of the wallpapers, even on randomize, so I end up seeing the same wallpapers over and over for months and I cannot find a way to change it so that windows 10 will cycle through all 2000. Has anyone found a way to show ALL of your wallpapers? Thank you!
P.S. This is my laptop: Dell Inspiron 17R-5720 (Passion Purple) - i5-3210M 2.50GHz - 8GB - 1TB HDD - DVDRW - 17.3-inch (1600x900)

Is Shuffle turned On or Off?

If it's turned Off it should do a linear traversal through all of the pictures.

Shuffle is off, I found when shuffle is on, it shows even less of my wallpapers
