Wanna build a GAMING PC for £400 !! HELP!!

Hi guys, I wanna build a gaming pc for $550-$600, I am strict in budget and I would mostly be gaming on it ! I want it to be a pretty good rig cause I would be keeping it without upgrading it for the next 2 years. Things I would do in this build:- PLUS I already decided on a case http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-spec01redled
GAMING = Watch Dogs, BF4, Far Cry 4, Grid 3, Bioshock Infinite, Crysis 3, The crew, AC Untiy, Call of duty Ghosts and the new next gen games!

OTHER TASKS = I would also be doing 3-7 minutes video rendering, not too heavy as well as adobe after effects and photoshop, not too heavy..

WEB BROWSING/STREAMING VIDEOS = I would definitely be doing web surfing/browsing and I would also be streaming and watching videos in it, on browser I usually have 5 tabs open at a time.

CROSSFIRE/SLI = In the future maybe after 2 years I will crossfire/sli my GPUs to give me better performance in games !.

OVERCLOCKING = maybe after a year I will overclock the parts a little, but for now NO NEED TO ADD AFTERMARKET COOLER !

FPS = It would be really cool if I get FPS above 40 on high-Ultra settings on 1080p.
STORAGE = I would need around 200 - 300 gb storage, no need for 1tb or 2tb storage .

OS = I already have a copy of Windows 8.1 64bit, so no need to add it in the build
KEYBOARD & MICE = I also already have keyboard and mice.

WIFI = I also have a wifi device for PC.

DISPLAY/MONITOR = I already have a monitor.

I would need a DVD/CD drive too.

for the graphics card you should go with a gtx 750 ti. as you want to overclock it you shoul buy the gtx 750 ti oc version. and for the cpu i would recomend going for an amd one. go with the fx 6300 or 6350. both suit your budget and have 6 cores. the cpu will not bottleneck your gpu and with 750 ti 2 gb ddr5 oc version you can get 40+fps in many games on ultra or high

The 750 Ti is really only good due to the power usage, you can get the same speed in a Radeon R7 260X if you have a gaming grade power supply for less money.
