Wanna buy an apt graphic card for my system

I have an old computer with following specifications:
Intel Pentium Dual-Core Processor(x64)
2 GB RAM
Windows 8.1 pro(64-bit)
I want to buy a graphic card that is most apt for my system specifications.
I am planning to buy a Sapphire AMD/ATI R7 250 with boost (1GB DDR5) or NVIDIA GT 630
My budget is 7500 INR i.e. approx. 120$
Please suggest me the best graphic card in my budget that will be most suitable for my system.

Well can you provide links to the site you are buying the card from since the GTX 750 costs about 120$ from Newegg? (Which means it could fit your budget in US pricing)
