wanna find an old game

Hello... I want to find an old game... I dont remember the name... You had a squad of some mercenaries i guess. They had some guns and big Armour... You could upgrade them... I think that last and the best armour was called Phoenix and it had cycles as single armour in the game (i think only). One of soldiers had glasses, hat and Yellow Armour... Enemys were Red and they had also armour... its kind of STRATEGY GAME... pls help me

I'm probably way off but that sounds like a mix of warhammer and mercenaries
