I don't know a whole lot about computers but I want to upgrade my PC by getting a new Graphics card and power supply. I was wondering if a Gigabyte AMD R9 380 256 Bit graphics card and a Thermaltake TR2 700W Gold power supply are compatible together and with my cyberpower GUA1000B computer.

What PSU would you recomend.

A system with an R9-380 should have a 550W (or better) good quality PSU. My recommendation will depend on your budget. But based on the fact that you were willing to spend $100 on a PSU, you have a lot of options. I persoanlly like the XFX line: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007657%20%204814%2050001669&IsNodeId=1
But Seasonic, Antec, and some Evga are good ones as well. Here is another tiered PSU list to give you other choices. Stay in the top 3 tiers. Top 2 if you plan on OC'ing heavily. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html#xtor=EPR-8886

I would personally suggest an XFX 550W power supply or a Seasonic 520W power supply!
