Assuming that you mean reload all the content of the PC and that you are
aware that everything will get erased then:
Gather your tools.
These will be all the manufacturers cds and may even include a windows ME
disk.
Back up all the stuff you want to save. You will need some kind of removable
media like a cdr, floppy, or other external drive.
Go online and go the manufacturers web site and read the restore process for
that particular pc.
Verify that you have all the disks and backups needed to proceed.
Follow the manufacturers instructions.
I would be more explicit, but you really didn't give me any specific
information to go on, like PC maker, model nember, or why you are *actually*
angry with your PC.
