I had another thread yesterday where a user "Chug a lug" was very helpful, but I dont know how to find it anymore because its off the first page of results.
I am NOT a gamer. I am just someone who wants a fast computer.
When I click to open a program, I want it to open immediately. Not 10 to 15 seconds later.
I'm tired of waiting 2 minutes for photoshop to open and I'm tired of the computer freezing up when I have 20 Chrome tabs open.
Chug-a-lug gave me a great list of hardware I can put together. But then I saw this refurbished unit online and was wondering if I should buy this as a base, and then add to it?
> Intel Core i5-650 (3.2 GHz)
> 2TB Sata Hard Drive (could replace with SSD)
> 8GB DDR3
> DVDRW
It costs $270
Its here: https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-ThinkCentre-M90p-Desktop-Professional/dp/B01ITP6BH8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1487600877&sr=8-2&keywords=refurbished+lenovo+desktop
Is this worth buying and building from?
Or should I just start brand new?
