Want a graphics Card for Rendering (in after effects and vray) and Gaming (like GTA 5) - Is MSI 1050 2GB DDR5 worth it?

Hello,
I want to buy Graphics Card for my new build for video editing,rendering and gaming. I am kind of tight on my budget and all i can afford is 1050 2gb graphics card or cards in same range. Quadro Cards are way out of my pocket. Here's my build-
-AMD Ryzen 5 1400
-MSI B350 Gaming Plus Mobo
-Corsair 8GB DDR4 RAM

Would 1050 perform better for me or should i go with some other card? Please do tell me why should i go with the card you are advising me.

1050ti or 1060 will be better and increasing your RAM to 16 GB or higher will be another option you should consider as you are looking at rendering.

Yes i will increase my ram to 16gb later on.
