Want a netbook under $400

What is the best Netbook for watching movies and streaming video? It will be better if it can also play online games. I have a large collection of movies stored that I would like to watch on the Netbook.

first of all what type of games are you wanting to play on this machine as netbooks cannot play many games for example Minecraft (some can but play games at around 2FPS)
