a 750 ti is the best gpu to be power with the pci only.

You won't be able to play ultra with either of those cards, but with a gtx 960 or a 970 you'll be good for a few years.

You also might want to look into doubling or tripling your ram. Most games now require a minimum of 8 GB now.
